Our CEO, Graham Flannery, has dedicated the past 15 years of his life to the financial services industry where he has been a standout leader, including being CEO of a major exchange house in the UAE and senior roles at Travelex.  He has consistently lowered costs whilst concurrently building revenue and optimising margins.  He is extremely focused on and has delivered with his team, significant improvements to meet Central Bank regulatory standards across the Gulf. This has required developing and imbedding new ways of working, changes to corporate culture and adopting new systems and technologies. 

Graham is a strong believer in motivational leadership and has consistently demonstrated this through his career.
