As a former Chief Operating Officer of a major Chinese retailer and a trusted consultant to leading banks, multinational oil companies, global remittance providers, and large retail groups, Dave combines strategic insight with practical expertise.
His core strengths include business strategy development, operational excellence, Balanced Scorecard implementation, financial modelling, and organizational design.
