Matt’s career includes a strong portfolio of executive roles. As Chief Business Officer at a financial exchange operating in the UAE and Hong Kong, he led end-to-end retail and wholesale operations. He also served as Director of Strategic Development for a global money transfer business, advising the board and driving strategic implementation. In Malaysia, he was General Manager of a multi-branch FX and money transfer firm, overseeing full company operations.
Earlier, as a Financial Services Consultant, Matt delivered strategic projects for UAE-headquartered financial institutions. His expertise spans operations, business process improvement, analytics, and problem-solving, with deep sector knowledge in money transfer, wholesale banknotes, foreign currency, and logistics.
